SEGR DP1 Fully Synthetic Gear Oil

The Berge SEGR DP1 series is a fully synthetic heavy - duty gear - specific oil. It is formulated with imported PAO raw materials, combined with carefully selected new - type multifunctional additives using a balanced formula technology. It is blended through Berge's advanced ABB production process. This oil can meet the lubrication requirements under harsh high - and low - temperature conditions and extreme - pressure heavy - load situations. It can also extend the oil change interval and meet the needs of working conditions with relatively large shock loads.

Product Performance

Boasts an extremely high viscosity index and remarkable high/low - temperature performance, which helps in reducing friction, wear, and viscosity loss.

Utilizes carefully chosen functional additives to ensure the oil has outstanding load-carrying capacity, enabling it to handle various harsh conditions such as low - speed high - torque and high  speed heavy load scenarios.

Exhibits excellent thermal stability and oxidation resistance, which helps in minimizing the formation of oxides and sludge. This results in an extended oil change interval, higher efficiency, reliable operation, and maximum power generation.

Maintains a stable oil film, reducing wear and scuffing, and preventing chemical reactions like erosion or spalling on the gear surface.

Has good anti - foaming properties and is compatible with sealing rubber materials, making it an ideal choice for outdoor equipment.

Thanks to its balanced formulation, the oil offers good corrosion and rust protection, as well as excellent extreme - pressure performance, and achieves favorable results in the FZG pitting test.

Product Description

This product adheres to the following technical specifications:
