Guideway Oil

Berge guideway oil uses deeply refined mineral oil as the base oil and is formulated with carefully selected extreme pressure additives, adhesives, anti-rust and anti-corrosion agents, and anti-foaming agents. It is specially designed for lubricating guideways. This product has strong adhesion to metal surfaces, and its lubricating oil film lasts a long time, which can reduce the wear of metal surfaces and protect machinery. According to the ISO viscosity grade, this product is divided into grades such as 68 and 220.

Recommended Applications

GHL 68 Grade: Ideal for lubricating horizontal guideways.

GHL 220 Grade: Specifically designed for vertical guideways.

Multi-functional lubrication: A three-in-one solution for guideways, hydraulics, and gears. Suitable for lubricating gears, bearings, bolts, small spindles, and other mechanical components. Also applicable to hydraulic systems requiring high anti-wear performance.

Special recommendation: Recommended for guideways of machine tools (e.g., grinding machines, lathes, planers, boring machines, drilling machines) that come into contact with water. Ensures consistent lubrication performance even in environments prone to bacterial contamination or pH reduction.
